You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with third parties or use Q9ive for any unlawful purpose.
By connecting your ad platform accounts, you grant Q9ive read access to your campaign data. We will never make changes to your campaigns without your explicit instruction.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Early access pricing is locked for the duration of the promotional period.
Q9ive provides data-driven recommendations but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis.
